These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the brickrise.app platform operated by SKA Group. By registering or using this platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Platform Use

brickrise.app is a pre-launch token reservation platform. Access is by invitation only. You must be invited by an authorised broker to register and submit an Expression of Interest (EOI).

2. Expression of Interest (EOI)

Submitting an EOI and making a payment does not constitute a confirmed allotment. Allotment is subject to availability, verification, and approval by SKA Group at its sole discretion.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely via Easebuzz. By making a payment, you authorise SKA Group to collect the EOI amount as specified. Payment amounts are non-negotiable and set by SKA Group.

4. KYC and Verification

You are required to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification as part of the onboarding process. SKA Group reserves the right to reject applications that fail verification.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use this platform for any unlawful purpose, misrepresent your identity, or submit false information. SKA Group reserves the right to terminate access for violations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform is the property of SKA Group. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

SKA Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this platform.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

9. Changes to Terms

SKA Group reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
